Spinal Tumor Case Study

72 year old man with presents to the emergency room with inability to pee and cannot feel his buttock and private area. He has a history of lung cancer. CT scan shows destruction of the spine because of cancer and MRI shows a mass pressing on the nerves.

Patient underwent emergent tumor debulking (removing as much as tumor as possible) and stabilization.
